The Prismatix Forge™ 84H (High Gantry) builds on the popular TROY Prismatix Forge™ 84. This robust platform features a high gantry design that accommodates substrates up to 19.68” thick. This added Z-axis clearance makes it ideal for printing on boxes, industrial components, and other tall materials. Ricoh Gen6 printheads and TROY InkGenuity™ UV curable inks ensure crisp, durable prints with excellent color fidelity.
Its linear magnetic rail system and water-cooled LED lamps provide precise control and consistent curing, even during long production runs. Mechanical registration pins and static reduction systems help maintain alignment and print quality.
